THE MANIPURA ESTATE & SPA

  1. BOOKING AND PAYMENT

1.1 Booking Deposit
A deposit of 20% of the total reservation amount is payable upon booking to secure the reservation.

1.2 Second Instalment
A further payment of 30% of the total reservation amount must be received no later than 90 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.

1.3 Final Balance
The remaining balance of 50% must be paid no later than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.

1.4 Payment Methods and Confirmation
Payments must be made by bank transfer or via Wise or Revolut .
A reservation is considered confirmed once the required deposit has been received.

  1. CANCELLATION POLICY

2.1 Free Cancellation Within 24 Hours
Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge within 24 hours of making the booking.

2.2 Cancellation 90 Days or More Before Arrival
For cancellations made at least 90 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, a refund of 50% of the Final Booking Price will be granted.

2.3 Cancellation Less Than 90 Days Before Arrival
For cancellations made less than 90 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, no refund will be provided.

  1. REDUCTION IN THE NUMBER OF BOOKED GUESTS

3.1 Reduction of Guest Numbers
Any reduction in the number of guests originally booked is subject to the same cancellation and refund conditions set out in Section 2.

3.2 Calculation of Refunds
Any applicable refund resulting from a reduction in the number of booked guests will be calculated on the basis of the Final Booking Price attributable to the cancelled portion of the reservation, rather than on the basis of the original quoted price, the deposit paid, or any other preliminary amount.

3.3 Applicable Deadlines
The applicable refund percentage is determined by the date on which the written request for a reduction is received, relative to the scheduled arrival date. Reductions requested less than 90 days before arrival are non-refundable.

3.4 Finality of Guest Reductions
Once a reduction in the number of booked guests has been confirmed, the corresponding reduction in the reservation amount shall be final. Any subsequent increase in guest numbers is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

  1. NO-SHOWS AND EARLY DEPARTURES

4.1 No-Shows
No refunds will be provided if guests fail to arrive on the scheduled arrival date without prior cancellation in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

4.2 Early Departure
No refunds will be granted for unused nights or services if guests depart before the end of the reserved period.

  1. REFUNDS

5.1 Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of the cancellation or reduction request being approved.

5.2 Refund Calculation Basis
All refunds, where applicable, shall be calculated as the relevant percentage of the Final Booking Price. The Final Booking Price means the final agreed price for the reservation, including any agreed adjustments or discounts applicable at the time the booking is finalized.

Where a refund relates to a reduction in guest numbers, the relevant percentage shall be applied to the portion of the Final Booking Price attributable to the guests removed from the reservation.

5.3 Refund Method
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method wherever possible. Any applicable bank or payment-provider charges may be deducted where permitted by law.

  1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

6.1 Written Notice
All cancellation requests and requests to reduce the number of booked guests must be submitted in writing by email. The date the written request is received will determine the applicable cancellation or refund conditions.

6.2 Travel Insurance
Guests are strongly advised to obtain appropriate travel insurance covering cancellations, travel disruptions, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen circumstances.

6.3 Acceptance of Terms
By confirming a reservation, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

  1. ADDITIONAL NOTES

7.1 All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.

7.2 Guests are strongly advised to purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

7.3 All invoices issued by The Manipura Estate will be denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), in accordance with applicable Indonesian currency regulations.

7.4 By making a reservation, guests agree to these terms and conditions.
