Main Joglo Room centres on the craftsmanship of its soaring woven roof and exposed timber structure. Beneath the chandelier, a softly draped canopy frames the large double bed, while carved furniture and woven textures give the open-plan interior a distinctly Balinese sense of place.

A sitting corner, writing desk and fitted kitchenette make the room feel generous and self-contained. Wide timber doors lead to a covered balcony among the trees, while the open-air bathroom pairs dark stone with patterned tile, a freestanding bath and a separate garden shower.

Main Joglo Room is one of 13 individually designed rooms within The Manipura Estate. The estate is reserved exclusively as a whole for one private group.

The room, in detail

Traditional form, expansive comfort.

Sleeping arrangement: One large double canopy bed, visually estimated at approximately 180 × 200 cm. Suggested for two adults; the estate can confirm its maximum occupancy.
Room layout & area: One open-plan bedroom suite is shown, with an estimated interior area of approximately 55 m². This estimate excludes the bathroom and covered balcony.
Bathroom & toilet: One open-air bathroom is shown with a freestanding bathtub, one washbasin and at least one clearly visible toilet. A separate garden shower appears among tropical planting.
Outlook & character: Wide timber doors and windows overlook dense tropical greenery. A covered balcony extends the living space, while the high woven roof and exposed beams define the room’s Joglo character.
Furnishings & kitchenette: A sofa, carved bench, writing desk, wardrobe, television and air conditioning are visible. The fitted kitchenette shows a sink, hob, refrigerator and kettle.
